What does it really cost?

Our fee is the easy part to quote. Here it is alongside the government fees, translations, apostilles and insurance that people forget to budget for.

Your application

Everyone on the application, and roughly how many documents you expect to need.

Including you.

Third-party costs

Paid directly to consulates, translators and insurers — not to us. Adjust if you know your own numbers.

How our fee is paid

Our fee is fixed and includes your case manager, full document review, appointment booking, submission and sworn translations up to the amount included in your service. The third-party costs are genuine estimates: apostille and translation prices vary by country and document, and insurance depends on age and cover. Nothing here is a quote — but it is the honest shape of the budget.

    What's included in our fee

No hourly billing, no surprise invoices halfway through.

    1

    A named case manager

One person who knows your file, not a ticket queue. Reachable by email and through your dashboard.

    2

    Documents reviewed

A checklist built for your situation, and every document checked before it goes anywhere near a consulate.

    3

    Appointments and submission

We book the appointment, prepare the file and submit it, then chase the outcome so you don't have to.

    4

    Paid in stages

Never all at once. New applications are split across three payments, renewals across two, tied to progress rather than the calendar.

    Want it priced properly?

A short call, an honest read on your case, and a fixed price with nothing hidden underneath it.
