Your document checklist
Every document for your visa, flagged where an apostille or a sworn translation is needed — the two things that quietly add weeks if you discover them late.
The two flags that cost weeks
Almost every delayed application traces back to one of these.
Apostille
An international certification stamped onto the original document in the country that issued it. Order it early — some registries take weeks, and you can't apostille a document from abroad without help.
Sworn translation
A translation by a traductor jurado accredited by the Spanish government — an ordinary translation is rejected. Ours are included in your service fee up to the stated amount.
Expiry dates
Criminal records, medical certificates and civil certificates are usually only accepted when recently issued — often 90 days. Sequence the slow documents first, the perishable ones last.
Rather not project-manage paperwork?
We build the exact checklist for your consulate, review every document before it's submitted, and handle the translations.
